 24h Südtirol SkiTrophy 2007: 25.-27.01.2007 Kastelruth / Castelrotto (Italy)
The team of EXTREME24.net  is already planning and organizing the third edition of the 24h Südtirol SkiTrophy 2007. The race takes place again the last weekend of January 2007 on the "Marinzen" ski track in Kastelruth.

The 24h SkiTrophy is a 24 hour ski race. After a 12 minutes ride on the skilift, you arrive at top of the Marinzen Mountain (1483m a.s.l.). Starting from there the track (Super-Giant) goes down the "Marinzenpiste" for approx. 2 km to the valley station at 1063m a.s.l.

Winner of the race is the one who completes most round in 24 hours. Only regularly completed rounds will be counted. Last year the race was won with 111 rounds for singles and 112 rounds for teams (results 2006).

As for a lack of free space and too high risks for the athlets on track, we can only accept 15 single racers and 30 teams who will fight against each other and the long and very cold night (pic1, pic2, pic3, pic4).

For all fans and visitors we will organize a very interesting around-race program with live music and DJ's as well as video walls in the big party tent (pic1, pic2). Along the track there is plenty of space to cheer for the racers. On our website we will publish on a hourly base the race standings.

To participate you should:
  • complete the entry form and fill out all the necessary documents and send then in digital form to our email adress info@extreme24.net
  • pay the fee of 100€ per racer
  • and prepare yourself with hard training for this extreme event!!
